QuakeSrc.org archive index

The www.quakesrc.org website has been down since December 2007. It was the main community website related to GPL Quake engines development. The last information from Ender, the admin of the site, was about a server crash, bugged backup and a complete losse of recent content. There has been no public information from Ender since this date. The awesome content posted by the community during many years was almost lost.

The main discussion related to this incident was on the inside3D forum. Fortunately, some people have made a copy of most tutorials previously hosted at quakesrc.org, you can browse them on the quake-1.com quakesrc.org docs page.

For more content, there is the web.archive.org website. It has saved more than 20.000 pages hosted at quakesrc.org. Unfortunately, the internal search engine provided by the site is not very easy to use.
